When will I be billed?


Your payment will run on the 1st of every month.
If you subscribe before the 21st, you’re billed immediately for your first box, and then again on the 1st for future months.
If you subscribe after the 21st, your first payment is still due at checkout, but your next payment will skip ahead to the following 1st. This gives me time to pack everything with love (and tape… there’s always tape).

When will my box ship?


Boxes ship within 10–15 days after the 1st.
If you subscribed before the 21st, your box ships in the current cycle.
If you subscribed after the 21st, you’ll start with the next month’s box.

Is each month different?

Absolutely. Every month has its own theme, aesthetic, and surprise moments. No repeats — ever.

Can I cancel anytime?


Yes — there’s no long-term commitment.
Cancel anytime through your account dashboard.
Please just cancel at least 14 days before the next billing date (the 1st) to avoid being charged for the next month’s box.

How do I update my payment method or address?


Just log in to your account and update your card or shipping info under Billing + Shipping.
Changes made after the 21st will apply to next month’s box.
