Crafty mail is the best mail — here’s how yours gets to you.

Processing Time
Everything at Journal Jam Box is made or printed to order. That means once you place your order, I start creating your exact goodies just for you.
Processing usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the season and order volume.

Shipping Time
After your order is created, it ships via USPS. Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days in the U.S.

Subscriptions
Subscription boxes ship between the 5th–10th of each month. Boxes ordered before the 21st go out in the next shipping cycle. Orders after the 21st start the following month.

Shipping Address Issues
Please double-check your address. If it’s incorrect, USPS might return it to me or send it wandering into the void. If something arrives damaged or weird, contact me within 7 days so I can fix it.
