Welcome to Journal Jam Box — the crafty corner of the internet where we cut, paste, play, and protect our peace. Before you dive in, here are the not-so-fun but absolutely-necessary grown-up details. Keep it simple, keep it clear, keep everyone happy.

1. Processing & Production

All goodies — boxes, tees, printables, journals, ephemera, you name it — are made or printed for your order. That means I start creating your order just for you.

Because everything is created on-demand:

  • Production begins right away

  • Items cannot be changed once ordered

  • Turnaround times may vary slightly by season

Think of it as crafting in real time. ✂️✨

2. Shipping

Once your order is ready, around the 10th ,it ships to the address you provide at checkout.
Please double-check your info — wrong addresses = big delays and sad mail carriers.

If your package arrives damaged or something weird happens in transit (it happens), contact me within 7 days and I’ll take care of you.

3. Subscriptions

By subscribing to any Journal Jam Box tier, you agree to:

  • Recurring monthly charges on your saved payment method

  • Billing on the 1st of each month

  • A cutoff date (typically the 21st) for receiving the current month’s box

  • Orders after the cutoff will begin the following month’s box cycle

You can cancel at any time, but please cancel 14 days before your billing date to avoid the next charge.

No surprises. No fine print. Just clarity.

4. No Refunds / No Returns

Because everything is made to order, all sales are final.
No refunds, no exchanges, no returns.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing anything, contact me within 7 days and I’ll make it right — promise.

5. Digital Products

All digital items are:

  • Instant

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Licensed for personal use only

Please don’t redistribute, resell, or claim the designs as your own.

6. Payment Issues

Your payment method must be valid and up to date to keep your subscription active. Failed payments may pause or cancel your subscription automatically.

(Translation: expired cards = subscription chaos. Update those digits ASAP.)

7. Use of Website & Content

Everything on this site — branding, graphics, written content, product designs — belongs to Journal Jam Box.
You're welcome to pin, share, and spread the crafty joy, but not to copy, sell, or recreate it for commercial use.

8. Changes to Terms

I may update these terms occasionally as the business grows, updates tech, or gets new offerings. Whenever changes happen, they’ll be posted here.
