🛒 PURCHASE OPTIONS POLICY
Here’s the simple version of how ordering works around here.
Made-to-Order Goods
All products — journals, ephemera, tees, printables, monthly boxes — are created on demand. The moment you order, I get to work. That means:

Orders can’t be changed once production starts

Refunds/returns aren’t possible (see refund policy)

You get freshly printed, freshly packed goodies every time
Digital Items
Instant downloads are:

Sent immediately
-
Non-refundable
-
For personal use only
-
Yours forever (craft them as much as your heart desires)
Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a Journal Jam Box tier, you agree to:

Recurring charges on the 1st of each month

Monthly fulfillment (ship dates: 5th–10th)

A cutoff window: subscribe before the 21st and get the upcoming box; after the 21st and your first box arrives the next month

A 14-day notice for cancellation (see below)
Payment Methods
Valid credit or debit card required.
Prepaid cards usually don’t work for recurring billing.
If your card expires or declines, PayWhirl may pause your subscription until it’s updated.
🛑 CANCELLATION POLICY
Let’s keep this easy, honest, and drama-free.
Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime — truly!
But because boxes are created in advance, cancellation must be submitted 14 days before the next billing date (the 1st).
If you cancel after that window, your already-billed box will still ship, and cancellation will apply to the next cycle.
How to Cancel
Log into your customer portal (PayWhirl/Shopify account) and manage your subscription there. If you need help, email support and I’ll help you get sorted.
Physical Products
Since everything is made-to-order, cancellations cannot be made after your order goes into production.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of instant downloads, digital items cannot be cancelled or refunded once delivered.
