Every Journal Jam Box, printable, tee, and crafty goodie is made or printed just for you for your order. Because everything is created on-demand (and often themed or seasonal), I’m not able to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is made.

This helps keep costs low, waste minimal, and every item fresh, new, and created with intention.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect (it happens — paper gremlins are real), just reach out within 7 days, and I’ll make it right. I want you to love your goodies and feel taken care of.

But for sizing issues, changed minds, or “oops, I didn’t mean to click that” moments — refunds and returns aren’t available.
